Testing laboratory fulfills the following types of works:

  • actual tests of cast-in-situ and prefabricated structures.

  • soil consolidation works.

  1. Static tests of quality of construction products of serial and mass production.

For all types of works the certificate executed in accordance with current norms is issued.

  Testing laboratory has a wide experience in the sphere of testing of construction materials and structures, quality control of construction works and construction produce. The laboratory owns the extended set of tools for works execution, which allows to execute such complicated works as, for example, inspection of characteristics and condition of steel reinforcement in ready-built reinforced-concrete structure or precast unit (tomograph Intro Visor).



High-frequency ultrasound. Defectoscope tomograph IntroVisor

IntroVisor is a multipurpose portable ultrasonic flaw detector-tomograph with digitally focused array and tomographic data processing for control of metal and plastic.

A light and easy-to-use device assigned to address ultrasonic flaw detection problems in metal and plastic. Provides a fast, convenient and precise search of flaws, thanks to visualizing of the internal structure of the controlled object as real-time section imaging, which makes interpretation of the received information easier and more accessible in comparison with a conventional flaw detector.

  • Efficient and highly productive search of flaws in welding joints on metal items, plastics and composite materials.
  • Visualizing of the internal structure of the controlled object as real-time section imaging with the frame rate 25 frames per second.
  • The best spatial resolution and maximum sensitivity.
  • Ability to measure real sizes of discontinuity flaws.
Ability to work both in the tomograph mode (В-SCAN), and the classical flaw detector mode (А-SCAN).
  • Possibility to use different wave types:
     — transverse waves for weld joint control with the viewing sector covering the full range of ultrasound entry angles, used in typical methods of ultrasound testing;
     — longitudinal for control of the main body of the metal.

    • Moving the DFA along the weld joint without transversal scanning, wherewith big aperture and scanning with virtual focusing on big distances, that significantly shortens the preparing time of the near-welding area, increasing the efficiency of control. The field of view is from 35° to 85°. Used for weld joint control (including austenitic).
